About International Language Plus

Since 1986, International Language Plus (ILP) has been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), as well as many foreign languages, to thousands of students.  Sandra Roberts founded ILP out of her own home. At first, she taught all the students by herself, but the school grew rapidly and she hired her first teacher in June, 1986.

A few years later, ILP moved to a three-room suite on Reed Hartman Highway in Blue Ash.  After growing out of that space, we moved to our current location, where we have been since 1995. 

In April 2020, Sandra retired after being in charge for 34 years. In May 2020, Jay Allgood took over as President. 

Today, ILP remains committed to providing personal and individualized language services to all of our students and clients.
